Stephanie is Australia's top professional surfer and four-time world champion on the Women's ASP World Tour (2007, 2008, 2009, & 2010).
Stephanie’s life as a surfer began at age 10 when she stood on a bodyboard. By age 17 she was entering world tour events as a wildcard competitor, which paid off with a victory at the 2005 Roxy Pro Gold Coast. Her success on the World Qualifying Series tour qualified her for the 2007 Women's ASP World Tour.

As a young kid, Stephanie says that her mum always had Weet-Bix out on the breakfast table. In summer, Stephanie would enjoy Weet-Bix with cold milk and honey. But, her favourite was in winter when her mum made Weet-Bix with warm milk and brown sugar.
Now, Stephanie says that her secret to success is about training and diet. Stephanie does three Weet-Bix in the morning which she says makes her go all day and feel good on the inside.
